Particle Editor in Development

I've always been jealous of the fancy particle editors in Source and the UDK, so I built one.

I knew it was going to be a good sanity test, but I didn't know it was going to be a great all round debugging tool. Plus, the obvious bonus speed effect on development iteration, which is what I was really going for.

Still to come: initial velocity modifier, texture selection, and a lot of nasty bug fixes.
